Under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), all entities involved in the pharmaceutical supply chain, including manufacturers, repackagers, wholesale distributors,
and dispensers, are required to report suspect or illegitimate products to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This reporting requirement is crucial for ensuring patient safety, preventing the distribution of counterfeit or compromised drugs, and maintaining
the integrity of the drug supply chain.
